1. Age limit
Customer must be no younger than 21 to order cigarettes from us. By accepting this terms and conditions you confirm that you are of the corresponding age to purchase these products. Age falsification causes persecution by law.

• Smoking causes lung cancer, heart disease, emphysema, and may complicate pregnancy.

Cigarettes may be purchased only for personal usage and not for resale.

2. Products
Offered products are made in Europe, according to European conditions of manufacturing. OneSmoke.net doesn’t carry any responsibility for the absence of any cigarette brand in stock. If the cigarettes, chosen by customer are unavailable at the moment, customer is offered either to choose any other brand for the same amount of funds, or to receive the refund.

3. Goods delivery
Delivery is accomplished by Registered Air Mail. Customer has to sign for the package at its delivery. If customer doesn’t receive his order in time, he can send us a note, indicating the Order ID. If this is unavailable, customer has to provide his full name, e-mail address and date, when he placed his order. The order will be tracked and customer will receive the information regarding the status of the order.

4. Delivery time
As a rule delivery takes about 7-19 working days. If you didn’t receive the package during the indicated period of time – please contact us and we will hold an investigation. If in 10 days of investigation you don’t receive the package, you will be offered two options:

 > Either your order will be reshipped for free once again
 > Or you will receive the refund

5. Shipping info
Orders are being shipped in 24 hours after the approval of your transaction.
Maximum amount of cartons in a package – 6, for example if you order 12 cartons, they will be shipped in 2 packages.
Maximum amount of packages shipped per day – 2.
Sometimes packages arrive with the interval of several days.

6. Orders
After placing the order Customer receives Order Confirmation and has the chance to change, update or cancel his/her address and/or the order items. In such case customer must immediately send us an e-mail with his/her changes. The limit of purchasing at OneSmoke.net is $300 for the first order and $600 for the each of the following orders. Each customer has to decide for himself which amount of cartons he wants to order. Because only customer is aware of the laws in force in his country and the sanctions they may incur. For first-time customers a large quantity order is not accepted - the maximum amount is 12 cartons.

8. Return policy
We want our clients to be happy with the product they receive from us, therefore be very careful – pay attention to all the details at the package arrival. If you notice damage of any kind – contact our support service by e-mail to receive instructions for returning the product. Package must be returned in 10 days and naturally unused, in this case will provide reshipping of the order or refund. Sending back of the package is arranged and paid by a customer. Please be very attentive while placing your order, OneSmoke.net doesn’t carry any responsibility for wrong brand, type, faulty shipping address and other mistakes committed by customer. OneSmoke.net is not as well responsible for the fluctuations in the quality of the products due to the acts and or omissions of the manufacturer or manufacturing process.

9. Refunds
If there occurs a situation, when client receives an incorrect order, we will replace it right after we receive the package with incorrect cigarettes back. In case it is impossible due some circumstances – company will make full refund of money. Customer will have to pay for the return shipping and postage. If your goods are seized by Customs and Excise, we are unable to refund any money till the appeal’s procedures have been undertaken and confirmation of the outcome has been presented to the Company within 7 days. If Customs doesn’t return your items company will reship your order free of charge.

10. Online Transactions Security

If in the Customs you are forced to pay duty – you will have 2 variants: either to pay it, or to reject the package. In the second variant funds will be returned back to your account as soon as we receive the rejected package.

1. You agree and understand that the cigarettes that you are ordering are for your personal use and not for resale.
2. You understand that our cigarettes are produced in Europe. The country of origin is clearly indicated in the package that you will receive.

14. Non-disclosure
